CrashPlan PROe – UK and Europe Online Backup with Unlimited Cloud Storage from CeeJay Software Limited. Automatically runs an online backup to the CeeJay Cloud.  For Apple, Windows and Linux, iOS and Android based computers,  servers and includes the CrashPlan PROe enterprise software.

Cloud and Onsite File Backup

CrashPlan PROe runs by itself once every 15 minutes or on a schedule, to protect your documents, images, photos, spreadsheets and accounts.

The backup is automatic to the CeeJay Cloud, CrashPlan PROe also allows users to set an onsite backup, or backup to another computer running CrashPlan PROe which shares the same username.

Free Mobile Apps

CrashPlan PROe is available free of charge to view and share files being backed up to the CeeJay Cloud.

Runs on Apple iPhone, iPad, Google Android or Amazon Kindle.

Web Restore and Management

Users can perform a web restore using the CrashPlan PROe web admin console.

Administrators can remotely manage all or a select group of your CrashPlan PROe installations by using the web admin console to check the status of the backup on each computer or push changes out to all your computers as a batch.

Encrypted On Your Computer

We use 448-bit blowfish encryption to secure the backup data on your computer, even before they’re backed up to ensure only you can access your files.

CeeJay Software is compliant with European Union Data Protection Directive (EUDPD) which states cloud backup providers are required to ensure all backed up data is only stored in Europe for customers inside Europe.

Block Level Backup

CrashPlan PROe performs an incremental block level backup which backs up only the changes within each file.

Users can set limits for bandwidth and CPU usage inside CrashPlan PROe to restrict the internet connection and computer processor speeds available to CrashPlan PROe.

Information is also compressed before the backup is processed, with data de-duplication even repeated information within a file, as well as across all files, is not backed up unnecessarily.

Web based self help is available 24×7, along with ticket based support.

Telephone support during UK office hours for customers who have submitted a ticket before they call us. Remote support sessions can also be arranged in advance using GoToAssist.
